Indigenous Wellness Assessments incorporating methods like IFOT in a Pre-Employment Support Program to unlock underlining issues and barriers, helping to heal stuck or unresolved areas and reveal one's potential.
In these assessments, I provide practical tools and approaches that are Strength based, Culturally sensitive and Forward Moving.

HEALTH & WELLNESS
This is an Indigenous Holistic Approach to Health and Wellness.
As Indigenous People, we have our Historical Past to overcome and to heal and also we have our Personal Trauma History. We carry and contain Trauma in our bodies and in order to avoid passing it on to the next generation, it becomes essential to heal ourselves. Healing is possible and has a powerful immediate rippling effect in our communities.
We re-integrate Indigenous Traditional forms of Healing, we assess using Indigenous Therapy such as IFOT, we work on the "4 Aspects of Self" in Healing : Body, Mind, Spirit, Emotional.
Clear communication and a positive work environment are essential to the success of any Organization or Corporation.
Conflict and/or negativity are infectious and rapidly create an atmosphere of distrust in a work environment. People can feel drained, lose their dynamism and motivation, and become less effective. This produces a competitive rather than a cooperative team which could increase turnovers and loss in productivity.
To resolve issues and turn them into an opportunity for growth and success, we often need an objective view which is found outside the conflict or negative environment.
Mediation skills and intervention are critical.
When conflict or negativity arises, it is extremely important to accept and recognize the situation, be aware of its effects and be able to confront the behavior directly before it spreads.
