Specifically designed for Professionals Organizations, Counsellors and Frontline Workers. This 2-day workshop will provide everyone the tools, techniques and knowledge to avoid, prevent and work through burnout. 

You will learn about the symptoms of burnout and vicarious trauma, how to unload, defuse, clear space, create healthy boundaries and reach full potential in the workplace.
